In future it will suffice if unless there are local reasona

rendering prohibition of exportation of other article/

desirable exportation of following articles only is

prohibited to all foreign destination:- aircraft firearms

of all kinds ammunition explosives asbestos raw asphalt and

bitumen raw bauxite butter cheese chrome ore coal coke

cocaine copper copper ore cotton ferroalloys gambler hemp

jute lead lead ore manganese ore mica animal and vegetable

oils and fats opium paraffin wax rattans rice rubber sago

silver spelter sugar tapioca tin tin ore Tungsten Tungsten

ore whalebone wheat wool zinc ore and concentrates; exporta-

-tion of oleaginous kernels nuts seeds and products should

be prohibited to all foreign countries except France and

Italy, Exportation of all other articles should be prohi-

-bited to countries referred to in section C of United

Kingdom Prohibited List. Existing instructions as to iesue

of licences in respect of any of above commodities hold

good still. If you wish for further authority to allow

exportation of any above commodities to particular destina-

- tions without reference to me you should inform me by

telegraph. In future you should not follow United Kingdom

export prohibitions unless specially instructed.
